Executive Search

Typically we work on a retained basis with fees based on one third of the first year’s total cash compensation. The commencement fee and staged fees will depend upon the actual recruitment process agreed and will reduce for volume, and/or processes where there is less work required.

Ad hoc non retained submissions will command a straight fixed fee of 30% of total cash compensation.

Interim Management

We work on a fixed margin of 30% with absolute clarity on the figure being paid to the Interim and the figure being charged to the Client, with discounts for volume arrangements.
