Reporting to the global CIO for Consumer Banking this role requires in depth knowledge of banking operations supporting the CIO in improving the operations function and its strategic direction. This is a global role with a total operations headcount of 5500 fte with a revenue of S$6bn.

Primary responsibility to manage delivery and execution of virtualised platforms including desktops, virtualized and hosted applications covering some 160k users.
