Global Head of IT for e-Channels and Customer Expe

This role, working for a prestigious banking group, will lead a range of global IT programmes in support of group transaction banking channels and client experience strategy. The successful candidate will define and manage this strategy alongside setting and managing the related IT budget. overall global fte 500 with estimated current budget around $90m.
Reporting to the global CIO for Consumer Banking this role requires in depth knowledge of banking operations supporting the CIO in improving the operations function and its strategic direction. This is a global role with a total operations headcount of 5500 fte with a revenue of S$6bn.
A sizable global role covering Asia, Europe and the Americas setting the direction for the Private Bank operations group to meet business objectives. Successful candidate will ensure smooth running and continuous improvement of operations across the bank. Private Banking experience essential.
A leading global consultancy plan to agressively grow their Financial Services IT Advisory arm. Particular expertise in Insurance, Retail Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Systems and Testing is sought. Current/previous experience of management consultancy and/or a strong personal network essential.
